The JD FUZR accurately joins two blanks, each up to 1600 mm wide, to create one carton with a total width of up to 3200 mm. This allows manufacturers to produce larger and stronger packaging without investing in wider die cutting or printing equipment.
The machine can process blanks of different sizes and is suitable for preprinted and laminated board. Integrated glue control and glue detection support consistent application and reliable production. Automatic frame adjustment and controlled blank feeding help reduce setup time and improve accuracy.
Integrated safety light curtains help protect the operator during production. Control buttons and emergency stops are positioned within easy reach. The JD FUZR also calculates the required settings for each order and stores approved configurations for future repeat orders.
The machine can be integrated with the Tanabe JD BOXR, connected to folder gluers from other manufacturers or operated as a standalone unit.
