Except for the browsing data mentioned in Section 2.1 of this privacy notice, which will be automatically collected from your device, you can use the JD website without being required to provide any personal data. However, for certain services, you will need to provide personal data so we can offer the requested service. Data marked with an asterisk on the website is mandatory. For this processing, JD will not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Personal data will not be transferred outside the Netherlands.

JD website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
