The legal basis for processing this personal data is the performance of the services associated with this JD website (Art.6.1.(b)). We will only use this data to facilitate the brochure download.

Except for the browsing data mentioned in Section 2.1 of this privacy notice, which will be automatically collected from your device, you can use the JD website without being required to provide any personal data. However, for certain services, you will need to provide personal data so we can offer the requested service. Data marked with an asterisk on the website is mandatory. If you do not provide the required data, we will be unable to deliver the requested service (e.g., follow-up, brochure).

Personal data processed for the purposes outlined in Section 3.1. and 3.2. of this privacy notice will be retained for 14 months. After this period, the data will be deleted.

Personal data processed for the purposes outlined in Section 3.3 of this privacy notice will be retained for the time necessary to follow-up and to reply to your requests. After this period, the data will be deleted.

Personal data processed for the purposes outlined in Section 3.4 of this privacy notice will be retained for the time necessary to facilitate the brochure download. After this period, the data will be deleted.

SECTION 5. DATA RECIPIENTS:

Your personal data referred to in Section 2. of this privacy notice may be communicated to:

  1. JD’s employees who are authorized and trained in personal data processing;
  2. web providers, who are involved in the activities relating to JD website (e.g., technical maintenance, web hosting and similar).

SECTION 6. DATA TRANSFERS:

For this processing, JD will not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Personal data will not be transferred outside the Netherlands.

SECTION 7. CHILDRENS’ PRIVACY:

JD website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

We also inform you that within the limits and under the conditions of Articles 15 – 23 of the GDPR, JD guarantees and recognizes the exercise of the following rights:
